MJ started Dynamic Fitness & Retreats in 2010 when she began running retreats in Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Jamaica. Today, Dynamic Fitness is active with over 20 personal training clients and several drop-in classes in Toronto, including DynamicDanceFit (MJ’s signatre dance-fitness class) and Tabata Bootcamp, for which MJ is a Master Trainer. There are also on-going annual retreats.
